This website is operated by Pulse Autoworks, LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to purchase from Pulse Autoworks, LLC.

Products, pricing, and descriptions

We do our best to display our products, including their colors and condition, as accurately as possible, though we can't guarantee your screen shows them perfectly. Many of our items — particularly vintage and refurbished audio equipment — are pre-owned; these are sold in the condition described in their individual listings, and normal cosmetic wear consistent with the item's age is to be expected. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order.

Installation of electronic and vehicle products

Compatibility varies by vehicle, dashboard configuration, factory audio system, wiring, and installed equipment.

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, any included wiring is the stereo-side wiring pigtail shown in the product photographs. It is not necessarily a plug-and-play vehicle adapter. The customer is responsible for confirming physical and electrical compatibility before purchase, installation, or modification.

Many vehicles require additional parts such as a vehicle-specific wiring adapter, dash installation kit, antenna adapter, factory-amplifier interface, or steering-wheel-control interface.

Vehicle electronics should be installed and tested by a qualified individual using appropriate fusing, voltage, polarity, and grounding. Pulse Autoworks, LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, incorrect voltage, reversed polarity, poor grounding, modification, misuse, or failure of unrelated vehicle components.

Nothing in this section excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or an error in pricing or availability.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Pulse Autoworks, LLC name, logo, branding, photography, and written content such as our Journal features — is the property of Pulse Autoworks, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Autoworks, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased from us.

Governing law

These Terms and any separate agreement through which Pulse Autoworks, LLC provides products or services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of protections that cannot be waived under the mandatory laws of the consumer’s place of residence.
