Terms of service
Overview
This website is operated by Pulse Autoworks. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to purchase from Pulse Autoworks.
Products, pricing, and descriptions
We do our best to display our products, including their colors and condition, as accurately as possible, though we can't guarantee your screen shows them perfectly. Many of our items — particularly vintage and refurbished audio equipment — are pre-owned; these are sold in the condition described in their individual listings, and normal cosmetic wear consistent with the item's age is to be expected. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order.
Installation of electronic and vehicle products
Products such as car stereos and electronic components are sold for installation by a qualified individual. Pulse Autoworks is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, wiring, or use of any product. Please consult a professional if you are unsure how to install an item.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or an error in pricing or availability.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Pulse Autoworks name, logo, branding, photography, and written content such as our Journal features — is the property of Pulse Autoworks and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Autoworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased from us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Texas], United States.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
