Shipping
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Vintage stereos and other fragile items are function-tested where applicable, wrapped securely, and packed with protective material on all sides.
Available carriers, shipping services, estimated delivery times, and rates are shown at checkout. Tracking is emailed after the shipping label is created.
Delivery timeframes are carrier estimates rather than guarantees. If we cannot ship within our stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

International
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout, and the buyer is responsible for any customs fees and duties charged by their country.
If anything comes up along the way, reach out and we'll get it resolved.
Returns
You may request a standard return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Before returning anything, email info@pulseautoworks.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send an item back before receiving return authorization.
VINTAGE AUDIO AND ELECTRONICS
If a unit arrives dead, damaged, or materially different from its listing, contact us within 7 calendar days and include photographs or video of the issue.
When a defect or listing error is confirmed:
• Pulse Autoworks covers approved return shipping
• No restocking fee applies
• We will arrange a repair, replacement when available, or refund
Disclosed cosmetic wear, Japanese FM-band limitations, and vehicle incompatibility are not product defects.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If an order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 48 hours. Keep the box, shipping label, packing material, and item while we review the claim.
OTHER PRODUCTS
Accessories must be unused and complete. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed. Decals and stickers cannot be returned after their backing has been removed or they have been applied. Custom and final-sale products are not returnable for a change of mind.
Nothing in this summary limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changed your mind?
Things happen, plans change. If you change your mind or discover that a working unit is not compatible with your vehicle, you may request a return within 14 calendar days only when the unit has not been installed, opened, modified, or altered and its wiring has not been cut or spliced.
Approved change-of-mind or compatibility returns of vintage audio and electronics are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for insured return shipping.
